General Terms

The confirmation of your reservation implies the full understanding and acceptance of the present General Terms of Agreement.

Payment
50% deposit required immediately to confirm the booking.
Additional 40% payment required up to 14 days prior to the event.
The balance must be paid at the latest 5 days after the final invoice given by BCC.

Proposed prices are subject to change. Deposit is required to secure existing prices, otherwise price changes are applicable.Bali Catering Company is not responsible for any charges incurred by the bank.Kindly include bank charges when you wire transfer the money.Kindly also include full name and date of event when making a transfer.

Confirmation of event
Kindly note that this contract does not guarantee that the date is blocked for your event. ONLY a secured deposit minimum of 50% of estimated cost will confirm the reservation.If another client confirms and pays ahead of you, they will be given priority.In addition we will be able to cater to your event only if a beverage package is consumed.If either packages are taken no corkage will be charged if you bring in your own wine/champagne.

Bar Pricing and Policy
Indonesia is very volatile in terms of alcohol prices.Our published packages may increase despite a deposit being paid if there is a sudden increase in alcohol prices by the Government.Once we receive information, we will update you ahead of time to work out a solution for both parties.Our bar packages include 1 purpose built bar and set up.If two (2) is requested an additional surcharge is applicable.

Tents / Marquees
As we are in the tropics, rain is inevitable hence in order to fully service your needs, a marquee/tent is necessary for the kitchen and bar (if both are outdoors).We are not responsible for any cost of the above and it is up to the guest/event coordinator to organize a tent/marquee to stay with the esthetics of the event.We will not be responsible if this is overlooked and as a result we are unable to serve you due to rain and spoilage of food and drinks.

Venue Surcharge
We try to cater to every location but if the location is deemed far and access is difficult, a surcharge is applicable.This covers additional costs involved such as labor,transport and additional equipment.

Invoicing
The price invoiced to the client by Bali Catering Company is the price indicted on the contract. Any last minute changes requested by the Client will require written confirmation by Bali Catering Company.
The number of guests must be communicated 21 working days prior the event and confirmed at the latest 7 working days prior to the event. The final invoice will be based on this figure even in the event of a last minute cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
Unilateral cancellation of the contract by the Client 1 month or more prior the event will entail no penalty.
In the event of a cancellation less than 1 month prior to the scheduled event, Bali Catering Company will charge 50% of the total estimated amount.
In the event of a cancellation less than 15 days prior to the scheduled event, Bali Catering Company will charge 100% of the total estimated amount.

Damage and Liability
The person organizing and/or paying for the event shall be liable to pay for any damage, loss or breakage to any part of the Bali Catering Company properties, including all equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings, chinaware, crockery or glassware that has been either intentionally or unintentionally damaged by any guests associated with the event.
