I would like to commend Bali Catering for their exceptional delivery of service, food and beverages at the wedding of Alex & Will. Your staff were very warm , professional and accommodating to our guests needs. The food was great and the menu exceeded our expectations.
The service of cocktails and wines etc was continuous right through until the end, something rare when there is a large number of people. The setup was done with absolute ease and attention to detail resulting in the tables looking amazing.
If you ever require me for a recommendation to other Australians please do not hesitate to contact me. In Australia we have grown to expect poor service, though I don't except it and am not afraid to let businesses know when service is unacceptable. I always encourage my customers to give me feedback and I know how difficult it is to get things 100% right but Bali Catering has achieved this..

Dear Benny I am writing to thank you and your staff for the excellent level of service that you produced for my and Anupama?s wedding recently in Bali on the 12 and 13 March. From the first day we met you at the food tasting, you were extremely friendly, efficient and practical. Your premises were inviting, and your food tasting session was professional and enjoyable. It was easy for us to agree to use BCC! On the day of the wedding, your staff was faultless, and I noticed you carrying out your organizational duties very well. The standard of your canapés, your bar service, and presentation of the Indian buffet was excellent. The BBQ was equally impressive. Again, your staff was truly outstanding, performing their duties well and with genuine warmth and friendliness to our guests. Again, I was happy to see you well in control! The quality of the BBQ food really caught me by surprise! It really was good, and I kept nibbling on it until 1130pm, as did my friends amid their crazy dancing! I could not have asked for more, in terms of the quality and service that BCC gave to myself and Anupama right from our very first meeting. I would certainly have no hesitation to recommend yourself, your company, and your services to anyone who asks, as your whole operation was certainly of a distinctly high caliber. I would also thank Vila from Bali Experience for recommending your services and working so well with you for our events. Hi Grace, This has been a long time to coming bu we wanted to say the biggest tank you to you and your amazing team.
You made our Wedding at Semarapura Villa the most memorable, spectacular day! The food was beyond any expectation we had and all off our guest loved it.
In particular we have received a lot of comments on the tuna cone appetizers and the delicious mains, oh and don't forget the lychee martinis. It was a real hit and many people said, the best food they have ever had at the wedding (I whole heartedly agree).
Not only this but your staff took the time to remember our guests names when they served them and we didn't have to worry about a thing from arival through to the close of the bar ........ amazing!
I recommend Bali Catering Company to EVERY person that asks for help with planning their weddings in Bali.
There is no choice ............................ anyone would be crazy not to book you!!!

Hi there Benny, Just read your communique for December...the colours and photos are divine! Didn't see you at Metis last Friday....but the were soooo many people weren't there! Everything run very seamless, the staff are all very friendly and attentive. All of our guests are still raving about the food. It was all very fresh and of course tasty! To be honest, I didn't have time to eat much, But I really received a lot of compliment from our guests regarding the food: - Canapes (Lamb tart, fish kebab and cucumber vichyssoise in particular) - Starter (Snapper Ceviche), very fresh and savoury - Main Course (tiger prawns and scallops), that surprised even people who are no big fans of risotto (probably the original addition of mascarpone)] - Dessert (trio chocolate) - Piece Monte : absolutely excellent, stunning This achievement of yours is all the more impressive when considering the challenge that it is to serve this level of quality to more than 100 people - even more under a hot and humid climate. We are also thankful for the kind service of your waitresses and waiters, who looked splendid in their traditional outfits. I Just Wanted to write you and say BIG thank you. The food, drinks & Service of BCC were all perfectly amazing!
Every one was raving about the food especially, wich is rare for a wedding. And loads of people said the wine was fantastic. I wass in love with the passionfruit mojito's myself.
I especially liked the service, it was so friendly, very efficient and yet relaxed (read "not snooty"), I never oncehad to worry about anything.
It was great meeting with you beforehand, and being able to taste the food and wine, thank you for being so accommodating. It was nice seeing you there on the evening, Benny, just sorry we didn't get to chat much. A special thank to Ngurah - every time I saw him, he was smiling, and knew everything was in good hands.
I have aquaintances getting hitched at the istana next year. (Elizabeth & Cameron), and I have recommended BCC to them, as your guys were really superb.
